Kitchen Duty Responsibilites:    Please report by 11:45 for hot lunch (you will finish by 1:30 pm)
•Sign in on the sheet that is posted in the School Office as soon as you come in: 
  (If you forget to sign in, it may result in your being scheduled at another time.)
  (Substitutes should also sign in for the person that they are filling in for.)
•Assist children with lunch problems (opening drinks, etc.) 
•Children should be seated during lunch unless they have permission to be excused. 
•Only 2 children at a time can be sent to the bathroom 
•collect your $10 lunch fee from the school office     ▲

Box Duty Responsibilities:    Please report by 11:45 for hot lunch (you will finish by 1:30 pm)

•Pick up the cash box from the office and bring it with you to the lunchroom 
•Collect money from the children for lunch purchases 
•Credit should not be given unless approved by the principal
•Record the sales in the notebook provided, return the box to the office with a $20.00 bank,
•collect your $10 lunch fee and take the sales over to the rectory.     ▲

Yard Duty Responsibilites:    Please report by 12:20 (you will finish by 1:30 pm)
•Sign in on the sheet that is posted in the School Office as soon as you come in: 
  (If you forget to sign in, it may result in your being scheduled at another time.)
  (Substitutes should also sign in for the person that they are filling in for.)
•Yard boundaries:  Children are not to play near the convent & must stay away from parked cars.
  If children are playing on the field, one parent should be up there as well.
•Games such as Freedom and Keep Away are not allowed
•Children may play with sports equipment, which should be returned to the bins when recess is over 
•Any incidents of fighting should be reported to the office immediately 
•Children are not permitted to talk to strangers 
•Children may not touch or pick up any animals. Parents should notify the office of any animals in the area 
•Should recess be held indoors, children are to remain seated during lunch 
•Limit the number of children going to the bathroom at one time 
•There is to be no ball playing or trash throwing in the classroom 
•When the teacher comes out to bring the children back into school, report to the office to collect $10.00     ▲
