Applications for financial aid are submitted yearly and must be resubmitted each year that the need exists.

BLOCS is committed to giving children of all incomes, races, ethnic origins and religions access to a high quality, values based education in Philadelphia area Catholic schools.  Children who attend elementary, high school or the schools of Special Education within the Archdiocese of Philadelphia are eligible for BLOCS Scholarships.  Through its scholarships, BLOCS touches more children in more communities than almost any other private education charity in our region.

SmartAid's Financial Aid Analysis service equips schools to make data-driven, objective decisions in determining needs-based financial aid.  SmartAid provides a systematic approach to processing applications, gathering supporting documentation from families, and generating recommendations to schools.  At every step, SmartAid ensures the privacy of a family's data is maintained.  The goal is to provide schools with the most accurate recommendation through verification and statistical analysis.
